Packing jewelry for a trip always sounds simple until you are standing over an open suitcase deciding what deserves the space. I usually come back to the same rule: the best travel pieces are the ones that already work hard for you at home.
That usually means one or two necklaces, a pair of earrings you never have to second-guess, and a single piece that makes evening outfits feel more finished. If a piece already belongs in your signature jewelry look, it is far more likely to earn a place in your travel case too.
I try to avoid packing for imaginary outfits. Instead, I choose the jewelry I already rely on most often, much like the pieces I wrote about in the jewelry pieces you reach for every day. When everything works with more than one look, getting dressed while traveling feels much calmer.
A small pouch with separate compartments helps, and the TSA travel checklist is a good reminder to keep valuables organized and easy to access. For pieces that are meant to stay versatile from morning to dinner, I still like to browse Marysa with that same idea in mind: bring less, but bring the pieces that always feel right.
